M Paddy Subramanian is a consultant orthopaedic surgeon who specialises in hip and knee disorders, his main focus revolving around hip and knee replacements, including primary and revision surgery, and arthroscopy (also known as key hole surgery).
Moreover, Mr. Paddy also undertakes a comprehensive range of trauma surgery, being dedicated to treating patients who have sustained complex upper or lower limb injuries and helping them get back on their feet.
Paddy Subramanian went to Merchant Taylors Boys School in Liverpool having grown up in the town of Southport in Merseyside. He comes from a family of doctors including both his parents, his sibling and his wife.
Paddy Subramanian graduated with dual qualifications from Imperial College School of Medicine.
He also successfully obtained a scholarship to study a masters in musculoskeletal science at Oxford University.
As a firm believer in evidence-based healthcare, Mr. Subramanian has also published a number of research articles, being the lead author in one of the most read pieces in the British Medical Journal.
His passion and dedication have also led him to win multiple prizes, both at a national and international level, one of these distinctions being represented by the Uren Foundation Prize at Imperial College.
